REGISTRATION DETAILS AND FEE STRUCTURE

All the participants of CTTC-2024 are requested to get registered in advance by filling the registration form online on symposium website (www.cttcmumbai.org.in) and providing registration fee details. Registration fee should be credited to CTTC-2024 account by online transfer/RTGS/NEFT mode only. Payment made by other modes will not be taken into consideration. The registration fee covers electronic copy of symposium proceedings (CD/E-copy), lunch, dinner and refreshments during the symposium period, but does not cover the accommodation charges. The registration fee is non-refundable.

*Student/research scholar/research associate participants need to pay their accommodation charges directly to the receptionist in the guest house (TSH)/hostel(NBH) during check out.

$Overseas participants must obtain Business VISA to attend the symposium. Tourist VISA holders are not permitted to attend CTTC-2024.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER

  • All the participant are required to keep a Government recognized ID card (e.g passport, Pan, Aadhaar etc) and participation document (paper acceptance letter or invitation letter) ready to enter the Anushaktinagar premises. Passport is must for Overseas participants.
  • Participants are requested to carry their emergency or daily medicine (if any) along with them, though many Pharmacist / Chemist shops are available inside and adjacent to Anushaktinagar.
  • Participants are also requested to carry their own rain gear (e.g. umbrella) as there may occasional rainfall in Mumbai during the month of September.
